You say that like we don't know this. My point is, here is another example of a terrorist organization that was able to negotiate.
Other examples:
Irgun - which brought about the state of Israel and head of state Begin
Sinn Fein - the political arm of the IRA
Banar Aceh - terrorists that negotiated peace
Algeria - terrorists that negotiated a peace
The list does go on.
