GO TO THE DOCTOR. NOW.
Dizziness can be a sign of something far more serious, especially when it has no apparent cause.
The worst: a brain tumor. Dizzy spells were the first sign of my brother's tumor; they got progressively worse until he had a grand mal seizure. I'm not trying to scare you (well, perhaps just a little), I'm just telling you one of many, many possibilities.
Another option: a problem in your inner ear, like Rodney suggested with the vertigo.
The fact is that there are a lot of things that can cause dizzy spells (my mother has temporal lobe epilepsy, dizzy spells are a part of that one too) and some of them are VERY SERIOUS. You should be seen by a physician as soon as possible.
