Pick one of your ultimate favorite bands/singers, the song you MUST download/buy to listen to, and explain why. It would be greatly appreciated if you could upload the particular song and allow the next poster a chance to listen to it. Next poster needs to download the song, and listen to it, and then critique the song, then post THEIR favorite band, the song that must be downloaded, and so forth, so forth.

Band: Queen
Song: We are the Champions
Reason: Queen is the classic 80's band....they have had a long career, and have had many hits. We Are the Champions is one of their best songs IMO, and should be heard by everybody.

'We Are Champions' by Queen is mainly driven by repetitions, and interesting sounds. While I do enjoy the song, I do not think it's necessarily one of the greatest songs ever. blahblahblahblah.....
Band: Radiohead
Song:dkajdkjfwef
Reason: ajdkljeiofjowifjwef blah blah blah blah.....

and it'll keep going. This should prove to be interesting!
Now, for my submission:
Band:
X-JAPAN
Song:
Rose of Pain
Reason: X-JAPAN is considered to be one of the most influential bands in modern Japanese music history, so many of the newer bands coming out of Japan are vastly influenced by X-JAPAN. The band's leader, Yoshiko, has amazing talent with his piano playing, and is also excellent at drums. X-JAPAN's musical stylings aren't really defined, as they could compose the most beautiful ballads, and then come up with a very heavy-metal rock song. No one song can encompass the broad skills they have. 'Rose of Pain' is one of my personal favorites, and you can hear a little bit of everything they have to offer in this song. Yoshiko opens with a piano, then moves over to the drums and pounds away at it for the duration of this 12-minute song. For some odd reason, Yoshiko decided to put in a lot of English sentences in this song, and it's not too Engrish-sounding, which is interesting because most of the English-language songs that are attempted by Japanese bands frequently do not have good grammar composition and clarity due to language barriers. X-JAPAN is very interesting to hear, and they are unique in their stylings to me.
