dbPowerAmp is a great tool..
but Hanxter, it's impossible to reencode a MP3 into a lossless codec then reencode into a lossy codec and not loose quality
I don't care how good the program is... you can't add quality once the track is compressed into a MP3. Whatever bitrate it's ripped into is what it stays at..unless you try to reencode it.. then even though the program says it's running at 300kbps you've actually got a lossier file than you had to start with.
anyway, that program you're talking about is great for editing and mixing though.
