I tuck up, highcut briefs or boxer briefs, both hold Mr. Happy where he should be, up and off center ( to the fold of the thigh/hip ). As for the shirt thing, the undershirts i wear come down to around "nut level" As such I pull them nice and flat OVER the underwear and let my slacks along with my belt keep it from riding up.
