Jack is inspirational to me. I just know the writers are going to show me he is a piece of crap or something. I am not the cheating type and don't think it would have happened to me, but that being said, having the old guy die on the table must have been pretty emotional for him. I suppose I could see how she kissed him and he kissed her back. The integrity that it took to tell his wife was really something else. He didn't wait days or longer to tell her. He told her straight away. What could not have been easy.
I really enjoy the charachter development in the show and the depth. It is interesting to show the "good guys finish last / girls like the bad boy" stuff with Kate. Looking at it the way they present it, Kate hates herself and so being around Jack makes her make uncomfortable realizations about herself. Therefore, she can be happy withherself when she can comiserate with "Sawyer".
Wonder how many times that is the case with gals in the real world?
