I also have the same problem with the snooze. I need to hit it at least five times before waking up for good. ![Stick Out Tongue](/tfp/images/smilies/tongue.gif) I've found the best solution is to set your alarm for an hour before you actually need to get up. So you have that hour to slowly wake yourself up and hit the snnoze as often as you need.
