"Making sense" is irrelevant when discussing CA Gun Laws, right? That's why I'm resigned to looking for "the letter of the law."
BTW - the fella who told me was one of the senior workers in a local gunshop. I suppose I could ask him - but I'm not in the neighborhood all week.
