yup........li'l butter and a li'l garlic.
used to go prawn catching on Gabriola Island,just off of Vancouver Island........man we'd catch miles of prawns and crabs......we even pulled in an octopus one day.
this old guy "Earl" showed us the way.........i learned how to prepare seafood on those trips........he was a master.
