in a full MC clear last night, I spent some DKP on a Ring of Spell Power.

now, I was wondering which would be the better combo, I also have a:
Don Rodrigo's Band

and a Freezing Band
http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=942
which would be the bast combo to use? With the Spell power, and the freezing band, I get +54 spell damage... but the Don Rod's band, the -20 resistances is nice right? Also 70HP, and +1% to crit... I am perplexed help a fellow mage out.
