The answer is A. "Cash flow from Operations" can mean negative or positive, loss or gain. It's just the change. The positive and negatives mean nothing.
So: You have $938 of "flow". Take the absolute values of all numbers. Net Capital Spending is $211.....this leaves $727. Net working capital changes by $73.....this leaves $654. That means the rest is devoted for the change in cash flow for assets.
