Why would anyone consider doing this to a baby?
And WHY WOULDN'T THE MOTHER NOTICE that something was wrong?!?!?!
Is the mother facing any sort of sentence for child neglect? This is pretty messed up, but there's something going on there that the article isn't telling us. There has to be physical damage.
