Ok - so my 40 gig HP/Apple Ipod and deader than dead - and HP is being less than helpful about getting it fixed - and Apple says it's HP's problem not theirs.. (lovely - -simply lovely) so I'm going to be spending money I don't want to spend on a new MP3 player...
