I don't get it. 12 weeks old? I mean this isn't even a prepubescent child. It's an infant, for Gods sake. Where is the "desire" (is that the word that I'm looking for?) in that?
I wouldn't worry, lurkette. I have a hunch that once his "crime" is made known throughout the general prison population, his "life" sentence will become a death sentence...soon enough.
