Answer: I use J&J Baby Shower Jel, in the pump dispenser. Fruictus(sp?) shampoo and conditioner.

Once in, on goes the shampoo, leave in until upper body washed. Rinse shampoo, rinse upper body. Put in conditioner, lather lower body with baby wash.
