Hey, I'm apparently a little bit late to join this topic, but I am also looking to find some "dumbed-down" instructions on how to modify my top-loader. I've seen and read the instructions on the link that is posted earlier in this thread, but it doesn't seem to be "simple" enough.

I had a seller from eBay modify one for me for a small fee ($35 + shipping both ways), but now I want to do one myself. I'm not really happy with the way he did it; the picture is hazy and the sound quality was greatly reduced - if you can believe that. The one good thing is that it did work in the sense that you could hook it up to an a/v input, and the vertical line phenomenon that you see with ALL standard (meaning non-modified ones) top-loaders was minimized. Of course, this was due in large part to the fact that the overall picture quality was hazy.

Anyway, if anyone can find another set of instructions or has a set of instructions that they'd like to e-mail me, I would be extremely grateful!
