As far as I'm concerned, being drunk (above maybe .07) should be illegal, punishable by being prohibited to drink alcohol at all for a given amount of time. If you break that, you go to jail. I know it's harsh, and I know people will really disagree with me, but the amount of alcohol related injuries and deaths every year is inexcusable. I think mj should be legal, too, but with similar limitations.
