I've never even heard of just eating an avocado with sugar and milk; but I _do_ have a couple of recipes for avocado pie (a dessert pie, not savory) that I've been meaning to try out. And both recipes involve sugar, milk, eggs, etc.
When eating a plain avocado by itself, I generally either go with salt and pepper, or tobasco sauce. But I rarely eat avocado by itself; it's usually part of another dish, or guacamole -- heavy on the salt, lime juice, and garlic.
