When I go to a Vietnamese restaurant, I often get an avocado milk shake. It's very creamy and tasty, without being sickly sweet. Otherwise, I've never ever heard of an avocado being served sweetened as a dessert. How did you learn to eat it this way?
As for salty, I could live entirely on home made Guacamole if I had to. Mmm, mm.
