www.allofmp3.com, it's this legal russian site, and they charge based on amount of data sent (higher quality costs more than really crappy quality), but on average it costs about $1 to $1.25 to download an entire album at 192Kbps. It's guaranteed good quality (in fact you can choose your quality and the website rips that quality from CD). Kinda cool, worth depositing $10 and checking some stuff out. songs are like 8 to 10 cents usually.
