see, now this is odd. you're on record elsewhere saying that we don't grant a monopoly of legitimate violence to the state, namely that private citizens retain the right to resolve conflict through force.
but you ARE willing to grant the state the right of universal surviellance. the private citizen has remarkable soveriengty to resolve conflict by force, but do not have a right to retain their privacy? if you attend a political meeting, and there is an officer of the state there taking notes...that doens't change the atmosphere for you?
