the fact that these officers provoke conflict in the context of demonstrations is just over the line...never mind the chilling effect this has on the right of persons to organize.
if you cause a genuine disturbance of the peace, you should be charged for it, no matter if you're a police officer or not. i'd love to see criminal charges against these provocatours.
