Not arguing with you because, quite frankly, you're right. (Ow...that hurt just a little bit) It
could just as easily have been the wrong choice. But,
who then, gets to decide? Aparently, the local school board cannot be entrusted with it. (even though the good citizens of Dover saw fit to oust most of them from office)
