I have a couple of tips, but I can't honestly say that I've ever been successfully fisted. I intend on it sometime, but I gave up quite quickly before.
* Use thin latex gloves, practically soaked in lube.
* Make a "duck" with your hand. That's close to the shape you want to enter with.
* Draw your thumb into your fist, You're carressing her with the shape of your hand, not punching her insides.
* make sure her legs are in a good position. Something like how they put them up for a pap is good, but make sure she's still comfortable.
* Give it time. This will take a while.
