not sure if this is necessary to say or not but beware of scams...you'll see plenty of "get your FREE iPod now" things...just be careful
also, remember that there is a whole line of iPods, starting at $79; you're paying for quality with Apple products, so if the price is really too much, save some money first, it'll be worth it
