This I guess is a little rant, The thing I hate the most is when I run 2 Instances in one night ( Strat Scarlet and UBRS) and all I get is a Fire Resistant ring...ya it a sweet fire mage ring but its a damn green, before we started they said a blue for everyone, and I got nothing...thats why I hate non-guild raids these days...
