Yikes, barenaked...you in chicago?
Honestly, I think mancow is a tool. He was run out of San Francisco many years ago after pissing off the entire commuter population of the Bay Area while trying to pull a dumbass publicity stunt. After Clinton tied up airport traffic to get a haircut, Mancow - who at the time was a DJ for KMEL, SF's hip hop station - decided to block traffic on the Bay Bridge to get a haircut during morning rush hour. He was fired.
Now he's on Q101, a sorry excuse for an alternative station with a sorry excuse for a radio personality. Sorry, barenaked, but I seriously hope this man gets a basketball sized boil on the tip of his penis.
I was also never a fan of Howard Stern, always feeling like he pandered to the lowest common denominator in his entertainment.
For anyone in the SF Bay Area who remembers the Quake and the early days of Live 105, Alex Bennett was the best of morning radio DJs. Of course, Live 105 was bought out by corporate, Alex was let go, and Howard Stern was pumped in. Alex and Howard detested each other and a lot of Live 105 fans saw bringing in Stern as a betrayal to them.
Eh, I listen to XM now, anyways, so all the FM hijinx no longer matter to me.
