I travel a lot, and I'm away from the wifey...and so a good tug is one way to keep from getting TOTALLY frustrated.
And it certainly helps me relax after dealing with some unhappy people out there.
Nothing wrong with doing it, or with not doing it. If you're happy, you're OK.
