Hahaha, I did that except... it was every muscle in my leg. It was my first time doin legs, so I did calves, hamstrings, and quads... I overdid it (in retrospect, I don't see how, I did 3-sets of 12 on each without much prob).
Yeah, I was pretty much paralyzed for 2 days.
I couldn't even get out of bed, that's how bad it was. It was excruciating goin to the bathroom. You ever try to sit on a HARD TOILET SEAT with sore hamstrings? Ugh. It just can't happen.
It was BAD. I had to call those days off from work and explain what happened, and it was my 2nd or 3rd day there
(my boss is cool though and understood)
