Of course FSU has been inconsistent this season. But its not the beginning of the season and we aren't discussing if they are going to go undefeated. We are talking about one game here. They just have to show up for 4 quarters - game-to-game inconsistencies are out the window.

You're right about that. I shouldn't have said Penn State will underestimate them. Some players may have been dissapointed when they heard they were to be playing FSU. But you are right. Paterno will get them ready, he will not let the team underestimate them. I don't think they are going to come in thinking its a cake-walk, but I don't think the players on Penn State will really know what they are up against until they step out on to the field. Its one thing to study FSU films, but until PSU is on the field against them, they aren't going to know what they are made of.
