Not for nothing, but if I don't have a girlfriend with whom I can get busy, I gotta get off at least once (absolute minimum) a day to keep the relatively small amount of sanity I already have. I'd say average is about 3 a day.
Of course, if I have a girl to have sex with, that average goes down to nill.
