The only problem I have with the death penalty
is the way it is handled in some cases.
I believe it should apply to cases where the evidence
is undisputable, such as DNA, video ect.
Tookies case can be disputable
however, his overall history is not
There are people on death row who shouldn't be there
Many others should be IMO
