Bought a lot of gold coins.

I guess it was one meal: two big helpings of a salad with avocado, cheese, olives, tomatoes, etc., plus two bowls of rice and lentils.

One beer

A really, really, good conversation with an eccentric but witty old man.

Two -- and for my age, that's pushing it.

I don't do that.

In currency, $500.

$230 -- but we invited friends, and paid for them.

A Giants game in San Francisco, last year.

Polo shirt

Some damned flash thing on the Internet
13. Last person you talked to on the phone?
Mom.
14. Longest you've stayed awake?
36 hours. Spent most of that time enroute from A to B in airports and in planes -- and I can sleep in neither.
15. Most expensive item of attire you have on at this very moment?
$160 Ecco shoes.
16. Longest solo road trip you've made?
SF to Malibu to Mojave to Death Valley to Las Vegas, and back. 10 days or so.
17. Shortest airline flight you've made?
Oakland to LA, ~400 miles.
18. Furthest you've ever commuted for a job?
~35 miles, through terrible traffic about half the way.
19. Furthest you've ever been from home this year?
150 miles. Whatta lump.
20.Biggest fresh water fish you've ever caught?
A small catfish, less than a foot. We kept it alive in a bucket for a day or so, then let it go.
