granted, i'm female ... but yeah, i'd been using that as a form of 'sleeping pill' for yeaaarrrsss...
fortunately, I usually can get to sleep if i'm in situations where I need to just go to sleep, but when i'm alone, it's really hard to not fall back into doing it.
