So Is a law enforcement officer supposed to yell
"STOP or I'll shoot...unless you are mentaly ill"
And if the suspect is still running, assume mental illness,
and let him/her go?
With all the abuse of power and authority today
It seems we should praise the Law enforcement
community when they do their job right.
We should save the criticism for when they are in the wrong.
ie. tasering an old lady on camera in a police station
in Ohio, or the 9 year old in flordia.
