I can understand how this could effect you.
I lived in a house before where there ghosts. Not the really 'bad' type but one of them was mischiveous when neighbours came to visit and would start tapping on the walls working the way around the room until it stopped just above the visitors head..sometimes we d hear someone running up and down stairs when no one else was there...other times thje sound of things being moved in cub boards. Not as out there as your experiences.
But my cousin also lived in a house with the "bad type" where he got physically attacked by the ghost in his house and he even had scratches on his body afterwards. The family moved soon after his sister also got attacked ...20 years later they get goosebumps and are still freaked out if we talk about it. My Aunt and Uncle were home both times in the middle of the night when these things happen and back them up on the stories.
Helps to talk about it; but some people think your strange if you mention this type of thing,
