Sounds like my kinda place you got there. Too bad I'm not in the area - you'd have my business ... I own several Surefires ... you can never have too many of them IMO ... The G2 Nitrolons are affordable - entry-level lights. The E2s are terrific - very compact. I carry a C2 centurion most often - because it's really tough. My next one is probably going to be an E2 Defender with the jagged bezel.
Yeah they eat batteries ... that's why I buy Lithium Batteries in bulk. I prefer not to go the rechargable route since the Li Batteries have a 10 year shelf-life without decay.
