On a daily basis, as part of getting up and around in the morning, whether I'm going out or staying in. In order:
concealer
liquid foundation
blush
setting powder
eyeliner
eye shadow (subtle earth tones)
mascara
eyebrow pencil
lipliner
long lasting lip color (daily wear)
lip gloss (dressy evenings)
I try to go for a subtle, understated look for everyday stuff, and really don't go overboard even when doing it up fancy, though I will switch to brighter color for my lips and eyes.
