First one is easy. Teleportation. Why? Because I'm lazy and it would be awesome just to be able to leave my place a few seconds before I need to be somewhere.
Second one is a bit tougher. The 12 year old boy in me wants to say X-ray vision

*Edit* changed my mind. I want The Voice that Jesse Custer has in Preacher. Basically when you use it people have to do what you say. Think about it, someone annoying you? Tell them to shut up and they do. A million and one uses
