By no sugar added, look for also no high fructose corn syrup. There's a brand now that has Cranberry 100, which I've found to be WAY better than the others. It's a bit more expensive, but it's worth it. I have suffered from UTI's since I was a kid. Something else that may help is to take a bath and add a few drops of tea tree oil to it. A while back I started incorporating cranberry juice into my daily diet. It's one of my favorites anyway, so it wasn't difficult to do. There are also cranberry herbal pills you can take. Maybe trying a more holistic path for a while may help, because the chemicals your body has been dealing with has probably made it harder to actually heal.
