It sounds like you're stuck in a nasty cycle- often times a yeast infection gets knocked down but not out. Try cutting out refined sugars and white grains (flour/rice) for a few weeks, and drinking lots of cranberry juice (increases your body's acidity, which will help combat the yeast AND the UTIs), and taking an OTC yeast pill daily - something like AZO Yeast (available at most pharmacies) or Yeast Fighters (available at most health foods stores).
