i hate wankers like that..i dunno how the US system works, but here in oz, all they want you to do is get out of their office as fast as possible but not after you sign that paper so that the government can pay them.
get another opinion.. does sound like a muscle pull, but hey what do i know..im a builder. i could tell you not to worry about it, but then i'd have to call myself a dr.
