I think you're right, Roland. I know he tortured Sawyer, but I don't remember him having a go at Ethan.

that would be interesting. Eko is going to be a fun character to watch, I think. Like Roland said, Eko seems to have more in common with Locke what with being in tune with the voodoo, so to speak, more so than the others. It should get interesting.
As for Sayid, I'm disappointed that he didn't do anything. I didn't expect him to beat the snot out of her or shoot her in the knee cap, but I expected something. I'm supposed to buy into the story that he had strong enough feelings for this girl to do the things he did, but not strong enough to sustain even the tiniest bit of rage? A couple of hours tied to a tree by the woman who shot Shannon and we get...empathy and some psuedo-philosophy? Bah..
