depends what kind of money you are looking to spend.
i also think that you are not going to find any component speakers (that is what you are looking for right?) that will handle 200w. you will blow them or just burn them up quickly.
some 6x9s would be able to handle 200w, but once again you are pushing them to the limits.
if you want bass, you will do better with 6x9s or 6x8s, whichever, because the main cone will be much larger than trying to put components in that space.
MY suggestion is that if you are going to bother buying an amp, get an 8" sub. this will give you bass and allow you clarity from your 6x9s because you will be able to turn the bass to them down. you can get yourself a nice set of 6x9s for $130. the amp is what is going to really run up your cost anyway.
there are many different kinds of good amps out there and i like i said, it depends on what kind of money you are looking at.
expensive good amps: Phoenix Gold, Memphis, Kicker, Rockford Fosgate.
less expensive good amps: US Acoustics, MTX
hope that helps a little.
also, what kind of car do you have? we might be able to tell you what your speakers really are.
