Can anybody tell me how twirling drumsticks works?
Hello,
This is surely a silly question, but I have not yet managed to figure out HOW THE HECK (rock) drummers twirl drumsticks! I just can't comprehend it by watching; it appears that fingers are moving THROUGH the drumsticks and I get a headache.
So can anybody tell me HOW? Please...
I'm not asking for a lesson or anything, I just want to know how it's done, and I have not found anything online except books and tapes for drum majors for marching bands.
