Fleeting struggles never seem worth the fight at first
Giving in seems the easiest way
I see now, the struggles usually end
I live to greet another day
Each day builds on the next
The task at hand is not easily finished
And yet the day comes when pain is forgotten
And the coming day is relished
In the fight I learn patience
In the victory I find peace
When the doubt comes again, I will struggle
And in the struggle I'll find more patience
Each victory shines brighter
And each new day brings more patience; more peace
