I think I fit in where most of you fit in (except ratbastid) in that I like to express to my wife how much I love her and I'll not be afraid to let the world know it to a certain safe and socially acceptable extent. But too much is too much, and I know where to draw the line.

I just don't think the title of the article is appropriate to his point. It's
Annoying people that are annoying. Loving, happy couples are a good thing, and examples to others. I learned through watching my parents and grandparents how to treat my spouse. They are both loving and happy couples. Moderation is the key.
