I don't know...maybe they are, i have no idea where i would check to see if such laws as these exist, especially since most of them are outside the country i live in? This one to me seemed farfetched...."The penalty for masturbation in Indonesia is decapitation". I just don't know.
About the Guam thing i was thinking about that, but I am guessing they're not going to want some stranger deflowering their young, so it would have to be someone from the community, although it would be a nice job, at least in theory.
