Hey guys.
I know there are a lot of sites to get tips about lifting, but I don't know how many of them I can trust to give good, accurate information. This community is so intelligent and generally reliable that it seems like a better source for it. What I'd like to do, if at all possible, is get people to post the different kinds of lifts they do, with notes on reps, sets, effectiveness, etc. Also, any overall things people have learned about lifting from doing it. There are a lot of threads asking about this kind of stuff, so if we could consolidate what the physical fitness devotees on this site know, I think it could be a very useful tool... or maybe I'm too lazy to keep searching the forum.
I'll post what I know later... It's kinda late and I need to get some sleep for Mock Trial tomorrow.
