i thought sit-in-a-time-machine time travel was feasable, just not perfected, until i was 7 or so. i hoped i would be able to figure out how to do it.
i believed art bell guests/unsolved mysteries paranormal stories to be generally factual
i thought the space shuttle would venture farther into space instead of just orbiting the earth
